We want you to be satisfied with Uptraq. This Refund Policy describes your options and the process for requesting a refund for your subscription.

Billing via Stripe

All billing for Uptraq subscriptions is processed by Stripe(stripe.com). When you purchase an Uptraq Pro subscription, your payment is charged through Stripe’s secure checkout. We never store your card details — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe.

30-Day Refund Window

We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of your initial purchase or renewal charge. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the charge.

Refund requests made after 30 days from the charge date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@uptraq.io with your account email and the reason for your refund request. We will process the refund via Stripe and confirm once complete. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you also want a refund for the current period (within the 30-day window), submit a refund request as described above.

Non-Refundable Situations

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • The refund request is made more than 30 days after the charge date (unless exceptional circumstances apply).
  • The account has been suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
  • A refund has already been issued for the same subscription period.
